Mrs. Antoinette (Novara) Lichtenberg, 77, of Winston-Salem, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003. She was the dearest wife of Harold F. Lichtenberg; mother of two daughters, Elizabeth Harwood and husband Tim of Winston-Salem and Rose Lichtenberg of Boca Raton, Fla.; four sons, Charles and wife Lynn Lichtenberg of Boyenton Beach, Fla., John and wife Kathy Lichtenberg of St. Louis, Mo., Christopher and wife Liz of Ridgecrest, Calif. and James Lichtenberg of St. Louis, Mo.; a grandmother of seven; and a sister of Mary Mugavero of St. Louis, Mo. She was a mother to all who had the fortune to come into the family, and her affection and caring will be missed by all who were blessed with her love. We would like to particularly thank Dr. Mary Lyles and all the staff at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, including the ACE Unit in the Sticht Center for their wonderful care. In addition, we are grateful for the attention given by the Elizabeth and Tab Williams Adult Day Center and the staff at Clemmons Village Assisted Living Community. A family mass service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Winston-Salem. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Stroke Association or the Williams Adult Day Center, c/o Senior Services Inc., 836 Oak St., Suite 320, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
