Edna Lydia Eliza Barstad Aamodt, 100, of River Falls, Wisconsin, formerly of Spring Valley, Wisconsin, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at the Lutheran Home in River Falls. She was born November 20, 1914, in rural Schaller, Iowa to Williams and Lydia (Brown) Dandy. On March 4, 1934, she was united in marriage to Edward Luther Barstad. Edward passed away in 1965. In 1976 she was united in marriage to Herman Aamodt, Herman passed away in 1988. Music was an important part of Edna's life, she enjoyed playing the piano. Other interests were quilting and making Lefse.
