Peter is survived by his sister and brothers-in-law, Roseann and Mick Marsyla, Scott Hedlund all of St. Cloud; brothers and sisters-in-law, David Zenk of New Ulm, Patrick and Sue Zenk of Mankato, John and Judy Zenk, William and Peggy Zenk, Timothy and Pam Zenk all of New Ulm; many nieces; and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Barbara Zenk, Kathleen Hedlund; and a brother, Donald Zenk.

Peter John Zenk was born on May 13, 1960 in New Ulm to LeRoy and Anna (Landsteiner) Zenk. He graduated from Cathedral High School. Peter worked for Randy and Cody Reinhart at Triple “R” Acres and helped his brother David on the farm. Peter enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and the Garage Boys. He was well known for his mechanical skills. Peter was a member of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm, St. Joseph/St. Elizabeth Catholic United, and the Nicollet County Trail Association. He was a life time member of the Flying Dutchmen Club and was an honorary member of the Minnesota Mini Rod Association.
