L. T. Absher, 24, a native of Alabama and a resident of Madera for the past four years, passed away in a local hospital last night at 10:30 o'clock.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Jay chapel and interment will be in Arbor Vitae cemetery. He is mourned by his widow, Eunice, and a daughter, Maxine, both in Alabama; his parents. Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Absher, one brother, Woodrow Absher; eight sisters, Mrs. Leoha Horton, Mrs. Albert Swafford, Mrs. Claude Baulch. Mrs. Bruno Toshi and Misses Opal, Mabel, Racheal and Martha Absher, all of Madera.
