PEORIA ~ Karen Ann Edenburn, 55, of 6325 North Imperial Drive, was pronounced dead at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at her home.

Born June 2, 1951 in Peoria to Dean Phillip and Joyce (Willoughby) Seiber, she married John Warren Edenburn on April 10, 1970 in Pekin. He died July 18, 2006 in Peoria.

Surviving are two daughters, Christine M. (Dennis) Andersen of Haslev, Denmark and Kelly R. (Jason) Brockhouse of Channahon; one grandson, Austin D. Brockhouse of Channahon; her parents, Dean and Joyce Seiber of Pekin; four sisters, Myra S. Wotton of Burnsville, Minnesota, Nancy L. (John) Theobald of Pekin, Brenda M. (Michael) Flagg of Glen Allen, Virginia, and Cynthia R. (Tim) Kelley of South Glastonbury, Connecticut; and many nieces and nephews.

A homemaker, Karen enjoyed watching movies, spending time with her grandson Austin, and shopping. She also enjoyed her dog, Bogey and bird, Baby.

Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. The Rev. Gary L. Ford will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of the Edenburns may be made to the Stroke Clinic Foundation, attention Bert, 530 Northeast Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, IL 61637.
