Chris was my mentor and my friend. He was the General Manager of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association and did more good than he could ever realize. He was intelligent and kind with a fantastic sense of humor. He had battled illness for a long time and lost. Chris YOU ARE MISSED and thought of all the time!
