She was born on July 10, 1941 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Frank Dickes Woodhall, Dixie Pearl(Wright)Dickes Woodhall.

Carol was, for many years, employed as a Cook at Morton East High School in Cicero, IL. She was a very talented baker and cook who loved nothing more than taking care of her family. Carol was both mother and father to her children and kept such a tidy home they were often called the sunshine family. Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and good friend to many, who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Carol is survived by her children, Terri Ann (Milan) Jovicevic of Westchester, IL, James (Candy) Watts of Plano, IL and Daniel Watts of Cicero, IL; her grandchildren, Jacob (Krista) Watts, Doris Watts, Deanne Watts, Daniel Watts Jr. and Zach Watts; her great-grandchildren, Julius and Jaxson Clay; her sister, Betty Sipich of Chicago, IL; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Dickes Woodhall and Dixie Pearl(Wright) Woodhall Holtz; her precious daughter, Penni Lynn Watts in 1999; and her eight siblings.
