The grave info came from a great-granddaughter of Julia Chamberlain Smylie (Anar's sister). She lives in Selah, but her mother was raised in Molson. She recently made a trip to the Omak area and managed to find the old Stoddard homestead and the gravesite of Anar. we found a man in Omak that gave us the info about the Stoddard homestead. Anna as they call her is buried on a rise in his alfalfa field. He said that the white picket fence around the grave had fallen down and that a wild fire had burned the remains of it some time ago. There is a small mountain there that is named Mt. Anna for her. The homestead and grave are south west of Duck Lk.and about 100 ft. above on a bench of land.
