Gerald Lee Goggin, born August 13, 1934 to Roy & Myrtle (Bonney) Goggin of Lesterville, Mo. Passed away July 17, 2015 at 11:12 am. He is proceeded in death by his parents, one sister Dorothy Crocker of Pilot Knob, Mo., one son Robert Goggin of Florissant, Mo., and one grandson Jerry Goggin Jr. of Maryland Heights, Mo.
He is survived by his wife Darleen (Wilson) Goggin, three sons Jerry Sr. & wife Patti of Florissant, Mo., Brent & wife Rhonda of O'Fallon, Mo., Larry Sr. of Lesterville, Mo., and one daughter Beth & husband Mike Moore Sr. of Maryland Heights, Mo., one brother Jim & wife Mary of Wisconsin, and one sister Joyce & husband Dale Carty of Lesterville, Mo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, four step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and 18 step great grandchildren plus a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers: Mike Moore Jr., Josh Goggin, Jerry Goggin Sr., Brent Goggin, Leonard Fisher, Jeromie Goggin, Chris Hall, Nathan Goggin, Rick Goggin Jr., Jacob Goggin, Mike Smith, Branden Johnson & Larry Goggin, Sr.
Visitation is at McSpadden Funeral Home of Lesterville, Mo. July 20, 2015 from 4-8 pm with funeral services being held at First Baptist Church of Lesterville, Mo., July 21, 2015 at 11 am under the direction of Pastors Mark Winn and Bill Jackson. Special music provided by Pete & Norma Wright, Dennis Thomas & Brenda Parks with a special song sang by Gerald's great granddaughter Hunter Hall. Gerald's final resting place being at Rayfield Cemetery next to his parents. In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Cancer Support Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center or Love Thy Neighbor of Viburnum, Mo. in memory of Gerald L Goggin.
