LaVerne June Isaac, 84 years and 10 days old, passed to God's arms on July 5th at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO, with her family by her side.

LaVerne was born on June 25th, 1931 in Flagler, CO to Dudley and Ester (Anderson) Schaffe LaVerne was united in marriage to Edward Bennett, on June 15, 1958 in Tonkawa, OK and was blessed with one child. The marriage ended in divorce. LaVerne was united in marriage to Bill Daril Isaac on February 12, 1951 in Claremore, OK. They were blessed with eight children. LaVerne was a homemaker and full time Mother. Her love for her children and grandchildren was overflowing. She completed her GED in 1976 at the age of 45. She loved to read and do cross word puzzles. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, embrodering, playing her violin, laughing with her family and talking about her lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.

LaVerne was preceded by her parents, her husband, 6 sisters, 4 brothers, 2 half sisters, 2 half brothers, 1 daughter, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

LaVerne is survived by her 3 daughters, Janie Barr & husband Larry of Cabool, MO, Cheryl Welch of Ava, MO, and Sandra Davis of Springfield, MO. Her 5 sons, Billy Isaac & wife Annette of Avinger, TX, Elmer Isaac of Cabool, MO, Robert Isaac of Springfield, MO, Joseph Isaac & wife Mira of Springfield, MO, and Michael Isaac & wife Ellen of Seymour, MO. She has 20 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren, and 6 great great great grandchildren.

Visitation is Friday, July 10th, 2015 at 9:00. Funeral services for LaVerne will be Friday, July 10th, 2015 at 10:00 am at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Ava, MO with burial following in Murray Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Oren Alcorn. Memorials may be made to the family as love offerings.
