MACON - Daisy Nell Renfroe Ballard passed away May 25, 2006. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2P.M. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Steve Womack will be officiating. -Mrs. Ballard was born in Laurens County Georgia to the late Charles Cates Renfroe and Daisey Lou Soloman Renfroe. She was a retired clerk for Davidson's/Macy's Department Store with many years of service with her beloved handbag department. She was a member of St. Andrews Christian Church, formerly known as Houston Avenue Christian Church. Mrs. Ballard was the former wife of Clarence William Ballard of Charlotte, NC and was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles Renfroe, James Renfroe, and Mildred Boyd.
