Joe Loughridge, 89, died June 25, 2000 in Livingston Texas. He had lived in Seabrook and owned a grocery store before moving to Livingston after retirement. He loved to make people laugh and was all the time joking. He was one of a kind and is really missed. He is survived by his wife, Ottie Bell Loughridge, son Bobby Joe and daughter, Lavern.
