Ottie Bell Loughridge died May 8, 2002. A native of Kirbyville she had lived in Seabrook where she owned a grocery store with her husband Joe before moving to Livingston. She was the daughter of Rush and Alice Wilson. She was proceeded in death by sister's; Vadie West, Frankie Wallace, three brother's; Conrad Wilson, Wilbur Wilson and Jairet Wilson. She is survived by a sister; Othello Bruggman of Livingston, daughter, Lavern and a son Bobby Joe and wife Elaine of Texas City.
