William A. Lowder, 59, 2228 Venango street, Philadelphia, former Steelton resident, died Saturday morning at his home in Philadelphia. He is survived by his widow, Clars; three children, John, Steelton; Mrs. Charles E. Nye and Mrs. John Riggs, Harrisburg; two brothers, Henry and Joseph; two sisters, Mrs. James Solloman and Mrs. Lulu Hides, all of North Carolina, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the J. Thomas Richardson Funeral Chapel, Steelton, with the Rev. Hugh E. Yost, St. John's Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in teh Oberlin Cemetery. The body may be viewed at the funeral chapel tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock. Mr. Lowder was a member of the Harrisburg Consistory.
