Ms. Annette Elaine Allen Andrews, 65 of Lake Butler passed away Wednesday morning at Lake Butler Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born in Jacksonville and lived most of her life in Lake Butler. She was the secretary to the assistant warden of the Reception and Medical Center of Lake Butler where she worked for 30 years before retiring in 2013. She graduated from Union County High School of Lake Butler in 1968. She was the daughter of late Clarence Eugene and Wilma Kathleen Allen. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Rita Waters.
Ms. Andrews is survived by one daughter, Tammy Page of Lake Butler; one son, Don (Jennifer) Andrews of Lake Butler; one brother, Curtis E. Allen of Lake Butler; two granddaughters, Jessica Harvey and Taylor Andrews; and one great-grandson, Jayden Williams.
