BILLIE JEAN ISABELL, 80, of Call died Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Timberlake Nursing Home in Jasper. Funeral services was at Call Junction Baptist Church with burial at Kirbyville Cemetery under the direction of E.E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville. A lifelong resident of Call, Texas, she was a retired beautician. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Isabell; her parents, Will and Burris Roebuck; brothers, Jessie, Jimmy, Robert and William Roebuck; and sister Betty Lowe. She is survived by a son, Gene Isabell and wife Kathy of Call; a daughter, Barbara Shurtleff and husband Lee of Houston; a sister, Wanda Asbeck of Baytown; 3 grandchildren, Gene Isabell and wife Dawn; Paula Isabell Watson and husband David; Stewart Shurtleff and wife Ashley; great grandchildren, Sarah Ellis, Shelby Ellis, Trey Isabell, Ava Isabell, and Austin Isabell.
