Tyler John Sincavage, 8, of Lake Wynonah, passed peacefully in his mother's and father's arms Friday surrounded by family, caring physicians and nursing staff at A.I. DuPont Children's Hospital, Wilmington, Del.
Tyler was born Sept. 22, 2006, and was a student at Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29, Mar Lin.
Tyler was a loving child whose smile touched many hearts. He was a child whose disability did not dampen his passion for life. Disney World was one of his favorite places, and he especially enjoyed the special attention he got from the Disney characters.
One of his favorite activities was spending time on the beach at his Uncle Frank and Aunt Kaye's house. Any time his family packed the car he was ready to go, including trips to Knoebels, Cabela's, Penn National, the Reading Phillies, the Ice Capades, the playground or any chance to hang out with his cousins and friends. He will be dearly missed by all of the family, friends and hospital staff that he touched.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Sincavage Jr., and will be happy to resume all of the great times they had together.
Tyler is survived by his parents, Edward and Amanda Sincavage; maternal grandparents, Edward and Ann Marie Zavatsky; grandparents, Chuck and Christine Ricketts; Aunt Debbie Zavatsky, Aunt Nancy Zavatsky and her fiance, Scott Bush, Uncle Les Sincavage and his fiance, Leslie Gutosky, Uncle Mikey and his fiance, Jamie Salaki, and Aunt Jen and Uncle Matt Patterson; cousins, Chase, Paulie, Preston, Aaliyah, Mateo, Drake, Lilli, Avan, Madison and Amara; Great-Uncle and Aunt, Frank and Kaye Lemke. He is also survived by other special people in this life, Karen Bush, Dave Steranko, Rose Pace and the nurses who cared for him over the past few years, Heather M., Heather W., Deb, Sonja, Lisa, Jeanne and Richelle. We cannot forget his loving companion dog, Maggie.

Family and friends were invited to a gathering to celebrate Tyler's life at Kimmel's Evangelical Free Church, 179 Pine Creek Drive, Orwigsburg. There will be a service at Kimmel's Church with services conducted by Pastor Preston Broadhurst. Interment was in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven, was entrusted with arrangements.
