He was born March 24, 1932, in Uriah, Calif., to William Elmer and Clara Loretta Evans Burrell.
He married Francis Mae Steen. Later divorced. Married Carole Ann Meyer. She preceded him in death March 29, 2004. Married Judith Cook.
Bob was a member of the Elks Lodge for over 30 years. A charter member of the Richfield Elks, he served in every capacity of Elks, including Exalted Ruler.
Bob served his country with pride for eight years with the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Naval Reserve.
He is survived by wife Judi; children, Robert (Heather) Burrell, Yuba City, Calif.; Jimmy (Niki) Burrell, Clear Lake, Calif.; Cindy Burrell, Cottonwood, Calif.; David (Mona) Burrell, Rodeo, Calif.; Lisa Burrell, Twin Falls, Idaho; sister, Juanita (Dail) Huges, Willits, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; stepson-in-law, Kim Chynoweth; nine great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Stephanie Breen, Micky Breen, and Rodney Cook; eight step-grandchildren; his special girls - the dogs - Mimi and Buffy.
He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his younger brother, Cecil.
Bob's wishes were to be cremated.
Graveside services with military and Elks rites in the Richfield City Cemetery will be held at a later date.
