Mary and Charles were married June 11, 1903 in Washington, DC. After Charles died in 1915, Mary went to Great Britain and France as a nurse for the Red Cross (1918-1919). In the 1930 census, she was managing a boarding house in El Paso, TX.
If my research is correct: It appears that she was living in Boulder Colorado in 1940 (census) and 1951 (city directory) as the house mother of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity at the University of Colorado at Boulder, CO.
