Pfc. Brian J. Bradbury of Saint Joseph, Missouri was only seven months out of boot camp. He attended Benton High School in St. Joseph and leaves behind a wife, two daughters, two brothers and his mother. Bradbury`s wife and daughters are coming to St. Joseph from New York to help plan his funeral. A soldier from Maryland also died when his helicopter hoist malfunctioned while trying to evacuate Bradbury. Brian was a good-hearted, thoughtful, christian father who loved his family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward Weyer. Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Bradbury of the home; two daughters, Jasmine and Jailynn, of the home; mother, Rhonda Bradbury, Father, Lloyd Weyer, two brothers, Jeremy Bradbury and Bruce Findley, maternal grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy Bradbury, Paternal grandmother, Donna Weyer, aunt, Sherri Inman, uncle, Randy Bradbury. He was 22.
