He was always kind, generous, a gifted artist, gourmet cook and gentleman. A great teacher to all in his life, a true heart, a true grit survivor of life, and he had uncommon courage in the face of adversity. A true Norwegian, to live, love, laugh and be happy. He loved family gatherings, camping, fishing, swimming, skiing, all sports especially football, his brothers Stephen and Randy and their friends, and his faithful and loyal companion Heidi the cat.
David is survived by his father, Ron Osmonson of Post Falls, Idaho; mother, Carolyn Beasely of Spokane, Wash. and his beloved brother, Randy Osmonson and family. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins by the dozens.
A memorial service will be held at Cheney Funeral chapel on Saturday, May 9 at 1 p.m. A reception will follow and all are welcome. Cheney Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements
