CHERRY VALLEY, Ark. - Richard Charles Suhl, Cherry Valley, Arkansas, formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at his home. Graveside services are tentatively set for August 25, 2007, at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial fund has been established. Richard was born March 18, 1931, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Lester and Fern (Goth) Suhl. He married Vera Anderson in April 5, 1971. Richard retired as an assembler from the former Montgomery Elevator, Moline. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed taking car of and spending time with his three dogs, Amanda, Mike and Tammy. Mr. Suhl belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline, prior to moving to Arkansas. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Vera; a daughter, Kathy Engle, Hampton, Ill.; sons, Carl Anderson, Silvis, and Jim Anderson, Moline; grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Daniel, Zachary, Lisa, and James II; and great-grandchildren, Keegan, Nicole, and Lucas.
