Mrs. Vivian (Dianne) Parker, 58, of Hamburg died Monday, June 12, 2006 at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett. Mrs. Parker was a native of West Monroe, LA and a resident of Hamburg for the past 27 years. She retired as District Court Clerk after 14 years and she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and friend. She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Allen. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Ralph Parker of Hamburg; two daughters, Pamela Martin and husband, Joey, of Nashville, TN and Amanda Pennington and husband, Mack, of Little Rock; her parents, James and Norien Rayner Allen of West Monroe, LA; three sisters, Kathy Tumlison of Clinton, AR, Shirley Allen of Pelham, AL & Renee Allen of West Monroe, LA; a granddaughter, Ansley Pennington and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10 a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Bobby Pennington and Rev. Klois Hargis officiating. Burial will be in the Promise Land Cemetery. Pallbearers are Pat Fitts, Todd Callaway, Henry Bierbaum, Jimmy Murphy, Tommy Hollis and Billy Akers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 352, Hamburg, AR 71646.
