Mrs. Flicker was born in Earlville on February 11, 1910, the daughter of Otto and Marie Louise (Schultz) Guelde. She married August Flicker.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Earlville. She retired from Paiges Steak House in Earlville after 30 years of service.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol (Bernard) Rockwood of Mendota and Betty Peters of Ottawa; by a son, Robert (Mabel) Flicker of Ottawa; by 10 grandchildren; by 21 great-grandchildren; and by seven great-great grandchildren.
Her husband; two sisters, Frieda Guelde and Helen Guelde, and a brother, Harold Guelde died previously.
