Jaime Gonzalez, 56, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at his residence. He was born June 7, 1958 to Maclovio and Paula Gonzalez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maclovio and Paula Gonzalez; daughter, Belinda Michelle Munoz; grandson, Michael Daniel Munoz; brothers, Jose Javier Gonzalez and Jose Silviano Martinez and sister, Lucia Lozano.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years of marriage, Belinda V. Gonzalez of Alice, Texas; son, Gabriel (Roxy) Gonzalez of Alice, Texas; daughter, Leilani Gonzalez of Dover, Pa; brother, Tony (Gloria) Martinez of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Carmen (Paul) Sanchez of Alice, Texas, Gloria (Bob) Ellis of Washington, Esmeralda (Adan) Pulido of Alice, Texas, Perla (Javier) Cadena of Alice, Texas, Nivia (Armando) Araujo of Alice, Texas and Melba Martinez of Alice, Texas. Other survivors include six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Rosas Funeral Home Chapel in Alice, Texas with a Rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the New Collins Cemetery.
