Born October 23, 1910 in Davenport, CA. Passed away on July 29, 2004 in Morgan Hill at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of 68 years to Lena Battistella. Beloved father of Mario Jr & Betty of Hollister, Ronald & Janice of Saratoga and Marlene & Karl Miles of Morgan Hill.
Cherished grandfather of Dana & George Nunes, Renee & Chris Nations, Charlene & Phil Fournier, Tiffany Battistella, Brian Rubio and Marisa Rubio. Dearest great-grandfather of 9.
Loving brother of Rose Dee Dunham, John Victor Battistella and the late Richard Battistella. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mario will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday, August 2, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at OAK HILL FUNERAL HOME'S CHAPEL OF THE OAKS, 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose. Rosary Service Sunday, August 1, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
