My loving husband, friend and father of my two daughters Nicole and Cynthia Rae. He also has one son David Cooley from his first marriage and two grandchildren Nick and Amanda Cooley. Dave has one sister Beverlee (Allen) Flowers, brothers Philip (Lanell) Rae and Ken (Carol) Rae, cousin "sister" Diane Samble, along with many nieces and nephews. He is fondly remembered by those he adopted by love.
His parents David and Virginia (Allen) Rae and daughter Patricia "Trixie" Louise Rae and also baby brother Richard preceded him.
My husband worked hard to support his family and he loved me very much. He was a man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and he never met a stranger.
Dave served in the US Air Force.
