Relatives & friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Windsor Funeral Home, Laurel, DE on Saturday afternoon, May 24, at 4PM. Interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Laurel, DE.
Before retiring a few years ago because of ill health, Mr Lathbury had been employed by the Joseph Bancroft & Sons Co for a number of years. A native of Laurel, he had lived in the Wilmington vicinity for some time. He was a member of the Wilmington Manor Fire Co.
Surviving are for daughers, Mrs Charles H Spicer, Christiana; Mrs C Wesley Robinson, Wilmington Manor; Mrs Harry C Ely, Delaware City; & Mrs William Henry Jr, Dover; two sons, Ashua C Lathbury, Collins Park, and Donald C Lathbury, Wilmington; three half-brothers, Ashua Messick, Wilmington and Roland & Roy Messick, Seaford; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
