Carl W. Vogt Served in the US Marine Corps during WW1. Married Frances M. Buxel. Had 3 children, Earl, David, Carolyn. Lived in Blaine on Sweet Rd. for many years. Worked as a carpenter and handy man. Devastated by the death of His only Daughter Carolyn in 1973, he spent many years looking for her along the coast of Alaska. Lived to 100 yrs. Died from age related causes. Full Military honors with a Marine Rifle Squad and Taps played by his Step Grandaughter Joy Duffield.
