Delora Criswell
Miss Delora M. Criswell, 92, a retired school teacher, died at 9:30 am today at her home, 343 McClain Avenue, following a long illness. She was born August 9, 1865 in Plainfield, a daughter of John and Mary Bontz Criswell, and was a member of the Plainfield Methodist Church.
Before retiring, she taught 35 years in the Coshocton county public school system..
Surviving are three nieces and three nephews. Four sisters and two brothers are deceased.
Services will be held at 2;30 pm Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home in charge of Rev. R. A. Hall assisted by Rev. Floyd Stephens. Burial will be in the Plainfield Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm on Wednesday and until time for the services on Thursday.
