They lived on Chippewa St, so I know the following are them-
In 1885, Mrs. Amidon had been blind for many years, but saw a flash of lightening nearby.
In 1888, there was a fire next door, and while the Amidon's were evacuated, someone stole his watch.

Cordelia died sometime before Aug. 22, 1890, most likely in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, when David remarried.
Maria Cordelia's obit listed as "Mrs. David Amidon" in the Eau Claire News published on 22 Aug 1890. The exact date and location is unknown as is her grave site.
"Mrs.David Amidon, of 239 Chippewa Street, died of paralysis Saturday. She was age 64 years. The funeral was held from the residence Sunday afternoon."
