Bobbie Jean Howard, age 70 of Enon, passed away Tuesday April 7, 2015 in the Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 18, 1944 in Harlan Co., KY, the daughter of the late Dillard and Maggie (Farley) Day. Bobbie enjoyed spending time with family and grandkids, cooking for her friends and the elderly, gardening, camping and canning from her garden. She was a member of Faith Hill Church of God for 18 years and attended Valley Street Free United Baptist Church over the last 4 years. In addition to her parents five sisters and a brother preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John Henry “Butch”; two children, Theresa Ann (Greg) Stonerock, Larry Alan (Lisa) Howard; three grandchildren, Dillon Patrick Howard, Molly Paige Howard, Bryce Isaac Howard; five brothers; a sister; special friends, Tooney and Imagene Easterling; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 11, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Tooney Easterling officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
