G. Albert Gaufin, Rt. 4, Everett, died Wednesday, January 23, 1957, at a local hospital. Mr. Gaufin was born at Uppsala, Sweden, Jan. 6, 1878. During his active life Mr. Gaufin was a landscape gardener, having resided in this community since 1906. He was a member of the Silver Lake Union Church.

Surviving are two sons, William of Rt. 4 Everett and Glenn Gaufin of Detroit; one sister, Mrs. Ingrid Nelson of Escanaba, Michigan; grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at the chapel of Challacombe-Fickel & Precht at 1 o’clock Saturday afternoon, January 26, 1957. The Rev. Wesley Morton of Bethany Temple conducted the service. Burial was in the family plot at Evergreen Cemetery.
