Jean was a loyal friend, scout leader, church group member. She was a proud member of the American Legion. Jean loved to bake cookies for her family and friends. She also loved to knit afghans, vests, and baby clothes for all her friends and their growing families. Jean was very loved by all her friends. She helped her friends with their medical accounts after she retired, and was faithful to be there for them in their final hours, as she didn't want them to die alone. Jean loved to travel. She enjoyed going to Passau, Germany to stay with friends there, and loved going to Australia to see her grandchildren Jun and Aya, which were the joy of her life. Jean was cremated and was put to rest beside her beloved father.
