Reba was born February 2, 1929 in Wanette, Oklahoma to Samuel and Mildred Faye (Jones) Stark. She was raised in the Wanette/Asher area graduating around 1947. Reba married Gilliam Archer in Shawnee on April 5, 1947. Reba was a member of the Noble Assembly of God and was very active in church, loved her bible study group, and was on the PAC team and prison ministries. Reba was an all around care giver, and enjoyed taking care of people. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Reba enjoyed sewing, flower gardening, and cooking.
