Charles Glenn Purselley, 80, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Western Hills Church of Christ. Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation: 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Charles was born Jan. 28, 1935, in Granbury. He and his brother, CD Purselley, owned Superior Machine Products for 15 years. Charles was a member of Western Hills Church of Christ for over 40 years. He was an avid fisherman and good neighbor who loved his family dearly. There is no one quite like our Daddy Charles. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Carless and Naomi Purselley; and sister, Patricia Delight. Survivors: Wife, Helen Purselley; sons, Glenn Purselley and Rick Purselley; grandchildren, Britton Purselley, Pierce Purselley, Hilary Purselley, Rachel Purselley, Sarah Taylor, Kara Garner and Katy Keith; great-grandchildren, Bella, London, Adaline and Ava; brothers, David Purselley and CD Purselley; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
