He graduated from BYU in 1959 and taught science in Mt. View and Sheridan, Wyoming. He received a Master's degree from the University of Wyoming. In 1967 they moved to Grantsville Utah, where he taught high school, until he retired in 1994. From 2001-2002, Ronald and Amanda served as missionaries for the L.D.S. Church in Lancing, Michigan. After their mission they served for nine years in the Salt Lake Temple.
Ronald is survived by his wife and children, 29 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. He was a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, example and friend.
Funeral services will be held in the LDS 4th Ward building, 428 South Hale, Grantsville Utah. Viewing, Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Monday, March 9th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Ronald will be interred in the Grantsville cemetery.
