Sharon Hogan, 46, of Effingham, formerly of Arthur, died at 1:22 a.m. Sunday (March 1, 2015) at St. Anthony Hospital in Effingham.

Sharon was born on July 9, 1968 in Tuscola, a daughter of C. Edmund and Lila June (Sarver) Hogan. Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Lila J. Hogan, and her grandparents.

She is survived by her father, C. Edmund (Betty) Hogan; one brother, Rick (Angie) Hogan; five sisters, Connie (Duane) Hopkins, Cindy (Eric) Rodmaker, Debbie (Tim) Romine, Marilyn (Doug) DenOtter and Barbie (Andrew) Wodtka; one stepbrother, Mike (Doris) Smith; one stepsister, Debbie (Bruce) Butler; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles and many cousins.

She was employed by ARC Community Support Systems in Teutopolis. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Effingham.
