GLASGOW – Christopher Wayne Morris, 33, of Glasgow, passed away at his home on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015.

He was born Dec. 6, 1981, in Glasgow, to the late George Thomas Morris and Deborah Bertram Morris Howard.

He was the devoted husband of Lora D. Clines Morris, to whom he had been married for 16 years and survives him. He was the amazing father to two sons, Christian T. Morris and Tyler W. Morris, both at home. He was a truck driver for TS Trucking, Glasgow, for the past four years.

In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his step-father, Randy Howard, Tenn.; brothers, Anthony (Amy) Geron, S.C., James (Shawn) Geron, Wash.; uncles, Larry (Vicki) Morris, Texas, Charlie (Eileen) Bertram; aunts, Penny (Buster) Adwell, Smiths Grove, Melissa (Steve) Scott, Tenn., Sandi (Willie) Fender, Tenn., Loretta (Andrew) Bowles; mother and father-in-law, Mark and Sandy Cunningham; special sister-in-law, Amanda (John) Dunning; special friends, Jamey and Kira Vibbert; brother-in-law, Eddie Plunkett; nine nieces and nephews; several cousins, friends and close co-workers.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Elva and Tommy Morris; his maternal grandparents, Elzie and Flonnie Bertram and two uncles, Bill and David Bertram.

Funeral services with Rev. Carl Reed officiating will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 9 a.m. until time of services.
