Obituary:
Connie Rae Green Clements, born 6 August 1953, in Garfield, Utah, to Lloyd Wilson Green and LaRae Broadhead Green, returned to her Heavenly Father the morning of 8 January 2015 after a battle with a raging infection that attacked her heart.
Connie was a loving, devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandma, and friend who cherished children. Connie married the love of her life, Ronald L Clements, in 1972. They were sealed in the Jordan River Temple on their 10th Wedding Anniversary. Ron and Connie raised 2 children. The highlight of Connie's life were her 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandkids. Connie loved serving in the Primary and teaching children the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Connie raised 15 dogs for 4-H Guide Dogs for the Blind, but loved all dogs, especially the rescue dogs she adopted after she retired from the 4-H program.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and LaRae, a Brother-in-Law, Tom Kariya, and a granddaughter, Hannah Daniel.
Connie is survived by her eternal companion, sister, brother, son,daughter, 16 grandkids, 2 great-grandkids, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

A viewing was held on Thursday 15 January 2015 at Tate Funeral Home, 110 South Main Street, Tooele, Utah, from 6-8pm. Funeral Services were held Friday 16 January 2015, at the LDS Pinehurst Building, Tooele, Utah, 11am-12pm.
