MARJORIE P. ARMSTRONG, 72, of Fort Wayne, died in peace on Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, at Parkview Regional Hospital.
Born June 26, 1942, in Decatur, Ind., she was the daughter of the late William and Alma Goelz.
She was an R.N. for St. Joseph Hospital for 25 years and a member of Shepherds by the Lakes Lutheran church.
She is survived by sister, Willa Mae (Walter) Stafford; brother in-law, James (Michelle) Duckett; grandchildren, Anthony (Lauren) Duckett, Andrew Duckett, and Travis Duckett; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lee Armstrong; brothers, Bob, Herb and Dan Goelz; sisters, Velma McDonald, Eleanor Cox and Katy Goelz; brother in-law, Mike Duckett; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 at Advantage Funeral Home, 2403 East Wallen Road with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 1 to 5 p.m. today, Jan. 27. 2014 at the funeral home.
