Mrs Zella Cox East died in Chicago
Mrs Zella Cox East, a former resident of Penn Township, died in Chicago Monday after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at the Penn Friends Church Friday at 2:30 pm with burial in Birch Lake Cemetery. (9-18-52 Cass)
Mrs. Cox was born in Traverse City in 1885. She has lived in Chicago for the past 25 years but before that was a Penn Township resident.
Surviving her are her husband, six children and four brothers.
