Mrs. Smalley was a native of Viola, Mo., and lived in Turlock 74 years.
She was a homemaker and had worked on her dairy. She also had worked for Armours.
She was a longtime member of Mitchell Community Church. She worked for the Women's Missionary Society and its annual bazaar.
She enjoyed crocheting and crafts.
She is survived by her children, Darlene Atkins of Turlock and Wanda Watkins of Pasco, Wash.; sister, Irene Stigall of Idaho; and seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Smalley; and two sisters.
Visitation from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday at Allen Mortuary.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the mortuary.
Burial at Turlock Memorial Park.
