Mrs. Catherine P. Wolbert, 85 of Lucinda RD died unexpectedly Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter in Erie.
Born on October 13, 1892 in Lucinda, she was a daughter of Joseph and Mary Guth Hartle.
She was married in October 1913 to Maurice Wolbert, who preceded her in death on July 13, 1957.
Mrs. Wolbert was a member of the St. Joseph Church of Lucinda and of the Rosary Society of the church.
She is survived by three sons, Daniel Wolbert of Clarion; Thomas E. Wolbert of Lucinda and Carl Wolbert of Buffalo N. Y.; and three daughters, Sister Maurice Wolbert of St. Mary's, Mrs. Ralph(Grace) Confer and Mrs. Robert(Alice) Trimble both of Erie.
Mrs. Wolbert is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Lauer of Oil City and Mrs. Mary Smith of Oil City; along with 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, three brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call after 2 pm today at the Moore-Borland Funeral Home in Leeper.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today and Friday at the funeral home
A Mass of The Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 am Saturday at St. Joseph' Church in Lucinda with Rev. Joseph Burke, pastor, as celebrant.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
A Rosary will be led by Rev Burke at 8 pm Friday in the funeral home.
