Funeral services for Mont Earl Jenkins, 84, of 709 Sunset, were held this morning in Blackburn-Shaw Memorial Chapel. Dr. W. W. Adcock, pastor of the San Jacinto Methodist Church, officiated. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in a Gainesville Cemetery by Carroll Funeral Home of Gainesville. Mr. Jenkins died at his home Wednesday morning. He was born at Gainesville and had lived in Amarillo for 48 years. He was a retired bookkeeper and a member of the San Jacinto Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Willie, a son, William L. of Lubbock; a daughter, Mrs. Marie J. Rogers of Dallas; three brothers, Carl of 1307 Avondale. Horace of 4623 Brown and Clyde of Denton; three sisters, Mrs. Manson Jones of Gallup, N.M., Mrs. J. T. McIver of Hereford and Mrs. W. H. Craig of Miami, Tex., and four grandchildren.
