Alma M Owens, 84, formerly of Manchester, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the Adams County Manor. She was born May 5, 1924 in Ripley, Ohio to the late Louis and Lilly Garrett High.
Alma was a homemaker and a member of the Manchester Nazarene Church.
She is survived by 1 son: Michael (Diana) Owens of Manchester and 5 daughters: Cheryl (Randy) Copas of West Union, Oh, Marlene (David) Frasher of Ashland, KY, Darlene Copas of Aberdeen, OH, Debra (David) Yager of Polacious, TX and Delores (Earl) Collins of Manchester, 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 13 at 2:00PM at the funeral home with reverend Tony Watson officiating. Burial will follow at the Manchester Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of the service.
