Born in Somerville, MA on March 2, 1909, she was a loving daughter of the late Myron F. and Gertrude (Magee) Ryder. Mrs. Cook lived a long and productive life, and had enjoyed her years in Florida. Prior to retirement she had been a secretary for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. She is the loving mother of Daniel A. Cook of Palm Bay, Fl, and of Myron Cook of Colorado.
Graveside services will be Thursday at twelve noon in the Oakdale Cemetery ( AKA as Pleasant Hill )in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. Mrs. Cooks family were amongst the first Wellfleet settlers and she was always proud of her connection to the community. Arrangements are in the care of Richard Ross and the RJ Ross Funeral Home, Wrentham Centre.
