Part of a seven man crew that took off from RAF Linton-on-Ouse, Yorkshire at 17:19 on the 20th December 1943.

Believed to have been shot down by the tail-gunner of another Lancaster and crashed 8/9 km S of Tessenderlo in the vicinity of Diest-Dewine (Limburg) 23 km NW of Hasselt Belgium.
