Dad had 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He had 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two brothers, a daughter, and 1 great grandson.

Dad grew up in Boise and graduated from Boise High School in 1947. He married the love of his life, Mary, on January 1, 1948. Together they had 5 children.

Dad was best known as a Boise businessman for various restaurants he owned and operated which included J's Steak Village and Hill Top Café. He loved the outdoors.
