Glenn Grantham of Level Plains, AL passed away, Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at his home. He was 83. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 21, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Level Plains with Rev. Roger Stone officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 PM, Thursday, August 20, 2009. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Dale County Sheriff Dept., PO Box 279, Ozark, AL 36361.
Mr. Grantham was serving his sixth term as Dale County Commissioner for District 2.
